Got a message you did not ask for, or one that claims to be from TabulaSMS and looks wrong? Here is what to do.

Do not tap or reply

Do not open links or share any information. Replying STOP to a genuine TabulaSMS service is always safe, but do not reply to a message you are unsure about.

Forward it to 7726

Forward the message to 7726, which spells SPAM. This free service is run by US carriers and helps them block the sender for everyone.

Tell us

Email abuse@tabulasms.com with a screenshot, the number it came from and the time you received it. We investigate every report.

What a real TabulaSMS message never does

  • Ask for a password, PIN or verification code
  • Ask for card, bank or payment details
  • Threaten to close an account or charge a fee unless you act now
  • Arrive from a service you never joined or texted

If a group on one of our services is sending you messages you did not agree to, reply STOP to end them and tell us. Group admins must follow our acceptable use policy, and we act on every complaint.
