Our standard
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We check new pages against those guidelines before they are published.
What we have built in
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with visible focus on every link and button.
- Pages use real headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate them.
- Text meets contrast requirements against its background, and the layout adapts to zoom up to 400% and to phone screens.
- Animation is decorative and stops when your device is set to reduce motion. Nothing on the site flashes.
- Decorative graphics, such as the particle illustrations, are hidden from assistive technology so they do not interrupt reading.
Our services
Our services run on standard text messages, so they work with the accessibility features already on your phone, including VoiceOver, TalkBack, dictation and text-to-speech. Replies are kept short and plain, with simple numbered choices instead of menus or links wherever possible.
Known limits
The particle illustrations are visual only. Everything they show is also stated in the text beside them. Some third-party sites that our services link to, such as airline and government booking pages, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
