What this covers
Privacy laws in California and several other states give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and of its use for targeted advertising. We do none of those things with information from our services or this website, including your mobile number, your messages and your opt-in records.
How to make a request
- Email privacy@tabulasms.com with the subject “Do not sell or share”.
- Include the mobile number you use with our services, and the service names if you know them.
- We will confirm the request by a text to that number and record your opt-out against it within 15 business days.
You may also make a request through an authorized agent, who will need your written permission. You will not be treated differently for making a request.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser, with no further action needed from you.
